i want my life to be about exciting, intriguing and compelling people into exploring themselves, their lives and their potential by taking up an interest in self development! Why?

• you’ll get to like yourself (or even LOVE yourself!)  I’ve gone from not valuing myself at all, to being kind and appreciating myself to being absolutely PROUD and loving who i am

Grab a quick look at my story, you’ll see that i’ve done lots in my life and my reason for blogging now is to bring you my light-hearted and serious take on this subject.  i’m just like you, i have my ups and downs, i’ve got my colourful background, my hopes and my dreams and i care about people and about life, y’know, all the deep and meaningful stuff!

Whilst i’m busy on my journey experimenting, exploring, winning and failing – I want this blog to help me create a community of people who all think and feel the same way and together we can help each other out!  I want to be the one to nudge you along to get you started, i’ll have done my job if you’re even a little bit interested after reading this and find yourself thinking ‘what is self development’ anyway?!?!

My plan is to bring you a team of experienced, knowledgeable and objective people that can help educate, explain and break down some of the long-time myths that we all hold about ‘self help’ in order to improve our perceptions and our lives
